Instructors at
Avanti Auto Driving School are available from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm -
seven days a week excluding the following national holidays: New
Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Our
office is closed on week-ends.
Charge card
payments are not accepted for driving instruction.
Learning to drive
the Avanti Auto Driving School way is easy and fun. Just give us a
call to get started right away! Be sure to ask us about our
driving instruction program for teens!

Note:
Beginning October 28th, 2004 a new law goes into effect
titled: the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act or Check 21.
This new legislation allows banks to make a copy of the check and
transmit the information electronically rather than by mail. The
amount of time a check will take to clear your account will be
within four (4) hours. Pursuant to Florida law, FS 68.065 checks
returned will have 10 days to pay the full amount including bank
fees. If restitution is not made, all information relating to this
incident will be referred to the State Attorney for criminal
prosecution. You may be additionally liable in a civil action for
triple the amount of the check, but in no case less than $50.00,
together with the amount of the check, a service charge, court
costs, loss of your/students driving privilege, reasonable
attorney fees, and incurred bank fees.
